These days especially, getting everyone’s schedules aligned is no easy feat. But, if you can herd the whole crew into the same place at the same time, a multi-generational family session offers amazing value and feels like a reunion! Nothing beats a full-family portrait displayed as a framed statement-sized wall art or an impact-sized wrapped canvas, and having so many individuals in play creates wonderful possibilities for dynamic family albums.
The bigger the extended family is, the more arranging beautiful sub-groups feels like a fun game with everyone cooperating to find their place in the sun (before it sets!). While I already had a relationship with fun and down-to-earth realtor extraordinaire, Shelly, from True Grit Realty, I was thrilled to meet each family unit in her beautifully blended family. Focusing on large group shots as well as nuclear family images, we still had time for so many precious parent-child moments and romantic couples poses during this lovely early spring session.
